We all have those moments, right? I know I've had my fair share. But here's the thing, you can let those moments define you. If you're here, it means you're looking for an out. You're in this funk, you're in this rut, you just can't shake that little rain cloud over your head, and you're ready to get over it, you know? You just want to get over it.
In this episode, we're going to tackle whatever you're going through head-on. Whether it's a bad day or a bad month we're gonna turn it around and find the blessing in the challenge. Because there is one, trust me. I have a little exercise that I like to do whenever I find myself getting weighed down. It always helps me reconnect, reassess, and reverse. It helps me find the blessing and the solution! So take some notes, beauty babe, because this may just change your life.
